CCZ TRADE S.A., the exclusive coal trading entity of LLC «Coal Company «Zarechnaya» was established in September of 2011 in order to restructure the export activities. Besides coal trading, CCZ TRADE S.A. caries out funding in foreign banks and price risk management. The foreground task of CCZ TRADE S.A. is establishment and mainterance of direct contract relationships with final consumers. Also company performs contractual relationships with ports and dispatchers outside Russian Federation, which leads to reduction of operational costs.
