JSC «BALTIC COAL TERMINAL»

Shipping coal products by the company «Zarechnaya» within the country as well as abroad is carried out through eastern and north-west ports of Russia, southern ports of Ukraine and a structural subdivision of the holding — JSC «BALTIC COAL TERMINAL» being built in the Baltic port of Ventspils. The first start-up facility of the terminal was put into operation in 2009, its annual capacity being 6 million tons. Its modern technological equipment meets all ecological safety requirements and enables not only to load up to 150 000-tons’ ships but to provide a number of coal-improving services: crushing, purification, magnetic separation. In prospect after putting the second stage of the terminal into operation its annual capacity will reach more than 10 million tons of coal.
