2006-2007

The highest in Russia average day load per production face was achieved at the base enterprise of the company OJSC «Zarechnaya Mine»

2008

April — forming of LLC «Coal company «Zarechnaya» started;
August — OJSC «Zarechnaya Mine» tunnellers set an all-Russian record, having tunneled 1012 m of mine workings in 29 days in August;
October — technical re-equipment of the preparatory plant «Sputnik» was completed, its production capacity reaching 5 million tons a year.

2009

December — OJSC «Zarechnaya Mine» mined 5 million tons since the beginning of the year
for the first time after the technical re-equipment of the preparatory plant «Sputnik» OJSC «Zarechnaya Mine» processed 5 million tons of coal into high-quality product.

2010

September — a regional public organisation «Mining club «Zarechenets» was founded within the company
